About
About Small Coffee Roasters
A directory of independent coffee roasters and cafes across the United States.
Small Coffee Roasters is an independent website run by Mike, based in North East, Pennsylvania. The goal is simple: make it easier to find and buy from small, independent coffee roasters instead of only the big brands.
What you will find here
- A searchable directory of roasters and cafes, organized by state and city.
- City and gift guides and brewing guides for making coffee at home.
- Coffee beans currently listed by small roasters, linking to their own shops.
- Visitor ratings. See how ratings work.
Where the information comes from
Listings are compiled from public sources such as roasters’ own websites and public map listings, and from roasters who claim and update their own listing. Details like hours and menus change, so please check with the roaster before you visit. If something is wrong, let us know and we will fix it.
How the site is funded
The site is free to use. It may earn money from display advertising and from some links to shops, which can pay a commission. Listings are not paid placements. Details are in our affiliate disclosure.
Roasters
If you own a roastery or cafe, you can claim your listing to correct your details.
