1802 is a Filipino-owned husband-and-wife operation in Cypress Park that built its business at the farmers markets first, then opened the storefront. Bagels are baked fresh every morning. The interior is modern enough that it blends into the block from outside. Indoor seating is limited, with more chairs on a rear patio and a small parking lot. Wifi is free.
