About

2 Queens Coffee just moved into a bigger Main Street space in Narrowsburg, and the new build has a large picture window overlooking the Delaware that has changed the experience considerably. Bright vibe, couches inside, decor that one regular compared to walking through a museum. The roaster runs its own beans under the house brand Jazz Hands, and the milk comes from a local family-owned dairy down the road. The supply chain is short enough that a customer can ask where the milk came from and get a real answer.

This is a queer-affirming small-town spot, and that identity shows up in the room and the welcome. Narrowsburg is a small Catskills town that has gone through a real shift over the past decade, and 2 Queens is part of what that shift looks like at the coffee-bar level. Dog treats at the counter. Bacon and egg sandwich on the food side. Cronuts when they have them, which they often do. The food program is tight but consistent, and the pastry case turns over.

Iced oat-milk latte is the everyday order. Iced latte specials rotate often enough to give regulars something new every few weeks. The decaf mocha latte is the named decaf pick worth knowing if you are avoiding caffeine in the afternoon. Espresso drinks across the board. A bag of Jazz Hands beans for the home grinder is the right takeaway purchase.

Winter hours are the catch. One visitor reported finding the cafe closed despite Google saying open, which is the kind of thing that ruins a trip if you drove in from out of town. Confirm before you commit, and confirm on the cafe's own channels rather than relying on the Google listing.

This is a fit for upstate visitors and Narrowsburg locals who want a scenic, queer-affirming stop with beans roasted on site and milk from a farm down the road. Not pitched as a laptop spot, more a sit-and-watch-the-river spot. Take a bag of Jazz Hands home for the kitchen and the move is complete.
