35° North Coffee

35° North Coffee is on the second floor of The Arcade on Santa Fe's Plaza. There's a coffee bar, a seating room across the hall and a balcony over the plaza. There are lots of outlets, fast wifi, loungers, café tables and a big communal table.

They roast on-site on a Diedrich. There's a long pour-over menu of light to medium roasts. The Brown Sugar Latte is a favorite. Bags run around $25 and ship.
