About 6 Planes Coffee Roasters
6 Planes Coffee Roasters is Shawn's veteran-owned roastery in Hughesville, for mail order and local pickup. There's no café. Orders come with handwritten notes, roast dates and resealable bags, and they ship fast.
Guatemala Huehuetenango is the favorite. There's Ethiopian Guji, Joy Blend, Yirga Skies and Basecamp. Brazil works well for cold brew, and Easy Day is good for drip. Email Shawn for help choosing.
