About Adelitas Coffee Co
Adelitas Coffee Co. is a Latino-owned specialty roastery in Wichita, Kansas, run by the Pineda family and born from Esperanza Coffee Roasters. It roasts small batches of ethically sourced coffee with care and intention.
The family's mission is to change how people see coffee: not as a bitter drink but as a range of flavors and traditions that honor each coffee's origin. Adelitas has a cafe, sells coffee online, and focuses on wholesale partnerships.
