Al Nimer Roastery

Al Nimer Roastery in Richardson is a Middle Eastern specialty shop that roasts coffee on-site in the back. When you walk in, it smells like fresh coffee, Turkish delight and roasted nuts. There's no seating. It's a shop for buying.

The cardamom-spiced coffee is their signature, and there's a big selection of other coffees. You'll also find house-roasted nuts (the smoked pistachios are a favorite), dried fruit, chocolates (including their popular Dubai kunafa chocolate) and Turkish delight.

The staff hand out samples and give good recommendations. They also make gift baskets with their house specialties.
