About Alakef Coffee Roasters
Alakef Coffee Roasters has roasted coffee in Duluth, Minnesota for almost 30 years. It began when the founding family bought green beans from a small local roaster and experimented with roasting at home.
Alakef is a USDA certified organic facility and buys many organic, shade-grown, Rainforest Alliance and Fair Trade coffees. It is owned by Alyza Bohbot. It has a cafe, sells coffee online, and offers wholesale.
