Alaska Coffee Roasting Co

Alaska Coffee Roasting Co was founded in Fairbanks, Alaska in 1994 by master roaster Michael Gesser, who turned his love of travel, coffee and the outdoors into a business. Its beans are organic wherever possible, and some are wild-grown.

Coffee is roasted on an air-fluidized bed roaster, which keeps oils from rising to the bean surface, then frozen straight from the roaster to preserve flavor. The shop serves coffee and baked goods, with drive-thru and indoor seating.
