Alpine Valley Water and Coffee

Alpine Valley is a delivery operation, and the bottled water side is where the customer love sits. The coffee is part of the catalog, but the praise that has built the business is about 5-gallon water jugs landing at homes and offices on schedule, plus event supply when a wedding or a conference needs water and a coffee setup at the same time. After-hours requests get answered, which for a service vendor is the entire game.

The customer base is Cincinnati-area offices, small shops, and event organizers who need a local vendor they can count on. The coffee program is real and serves the same accounts, but specific praise for the cup itself does not show up consistently in customer accounts. If you are an office manager looking for a single vendor to handle water cooler service and a coffee setup for the breakroom, the convenience is the value.

If you are a specialty coffee drinker hoping for single-origin beans roasted last week, this is not the address. There are roasters in Cincinnati built for that, and this is not one of them. Alpine Valley is mainly a water delivery service that also sells coffee. Hire them for what they do well, which is showing up on time with the jugs you need, and source your beans somewhere else.
