Alvarium Roasting Company

Alvarium Roasting Company started in 2022 as a sister to Alvarium Beer Company, sharing the brewery's space in a New Britain business complex. It's small, with outdoor seating in warm months. Dogs are welcome inside. There's a stamp card and a second shop in West Hartford.

Syrups are house-made, like bourbon vanilla bean and spicy ginger. Try The Elvis, a peanut butter mocha with banana cold foam, or an iced brown sugar latte. The cold brew is strong. There are croissants, chocolate chip cookies and pumpkin bread.
