American Ice Co. Cafe is in Westminster, with two floors and a dog-friendly back patio. The owner greets everyone. The music runs from indie rock to lo-fi. Recent visitors say the wifi has been down, and parking can be hard. Denim is a sister shop.

They roast in-house and now sell bags. Try the maple spice latte or lucky charms latte. Food includes a lox bagel, avocado BLT, curried chicken salad wrap and the Nan-which. The lemon chocolate chip muffin is a favorite.
