Anchor House Coffee Roasters

Anchor House Coffee Roasters is on Main Street in Buckley. It's bright and clean, with a chandelier over the seating, a big sectional couch, a small reading room, tables and a bar nook by the entrance. You can see the roaster in the back. Owner Nathan Jung does the roasting, and part of every bean sale goes toward fighting human trafficking.

The honey cold foam latte is the favorite. Get a pour-over to taste the roast on its own. The seasonal Honey Ginger has a following, and the molasses cookie goes with everything. For food, there are chorizo or bacon breakfast burritos and gluten-free baked goods.

There's a stroller-friendly side entrance and a clean unisex bathroom. It works well for remote workers and families.
