Apotheos Roastery is a Metro Atlanta roaster in Kennesaw. As of late 2025, there's no walk-in pickup, so order on the website and they'll ship. Their mobile coffee bar is still available for events. Jason does the roasting.
The Colombian and Ethiopia are the top sellers, plus a Guatemala. The 5-Stripe blend is the house all-rounder. The Java holiday blend goes fast. Seasonal canned cold brews include s'mores. They offer subscriptions.
