AR•U•SHA Coffee & Tea

AR•U•SHA Coffee & Tea is in a historic building in downtown Belton, with exposed brick, high ceilings and seating on several levels. There are couches, café tables, a second-floor study area, pool tables, free wifi and lots of outlets. The owner and staff know a lot of regulars by name.

They roast small batches in-house, with seasonal beans by the cup or the bag. The Moroccan mint tea and lavender latte are favorites, and the tea wall has dozens of varieties in glass jars. The fusion tacos are a surprise hit, with fillings like Korean bulgogi and tikka masala and house-made salsas.
