There are a few steps at the entrance. Iced drinks come with coffee ice cubes, so they don't get watered down.

The Three Waves iced latte (macadamia, coconut, caramel) is the order. The cold brew's good, and the 10% Kona iced coffee is a nice way to try Hawaiian beans. Grab a malasada, and take home Kona espresso beans. You can order ahead in the app, though some milk and sugar-free options are only available at the counter.
