Bear Lake Coffee Co. is a B Corp roaster in tiny Barronett, owned by Gabe. People drive in from the Twin Cities. It's carefully decorated, with indoor seating, a garden, good wifi, merch and a Tesla charger and Level 2 plug. It's closed Sundays and closes at 2pm on Fridays.
Midnight Stargazer is the espresso. There are pour-overs, chai and matcha. The bakery has gluten-free and dairy-free options, like a vegan scone and a breakfast bowl. Carmen works the bar.
