Bellator Roasting Company

Bellator Roasting Company roasts in-store at its café on Trent Boulevard in New Bern. It's cozy, with a spooky-fantasy theme, leather couches and a kids' corner with coloring sheets. Students and laptop workers settle in for the afternoon.

The drinks have Harry Potter names. Start with the Dementor. Ravenclaw is lighter, and the Mud Blood comes with cheesecake cold foam. Basic Witch is the everyday pick.
