Bestslope Coffee Company is a roastery in downtown Fruita. Inside is small and bright. Outside, there are lawn chairs and picnic tables.

They roast light to medium in-house. Try the cold brew, espresso, Turkish coffee or a lavender honey latte. Breakfast burritos are made to order with house salsa. Pastries rotate, with gluten-free options, like pumpkin bread and blueberry donuts. Beans are for sale.
