Big Mouth Coffee Roasters sources and roasts specialty coffee in Beacon, in the Hudson Valley. The café is open and bright, with plants, sofas, work tables and a vintage bike. Windows look into the roasting room. There's free wifi, plenty of outlets and music at a good level.

The Ethiopia Yirgacheffe and the medium-roast Big Blend are favorites, and there's an affordable house blend. The cortado, Americano and cold brew are well made, and the turmeric honey latte is popular. Beans are sold on-site, and they offer subscriptions.
