About Big Shoulders Coffee
Big Shoulders Coffee is a Chicago roaster and coffee shop founded by Tim Coonan and Patricia Coonan. Tim was a chef at restaurants in New York, France, Italy and Chicago. Patricia brings more than 30 years in hospitality, including 12 as CFO of LFP Restaurant Management.
What began as Tim's hobby roasting in his garage grew into a Chicago roasting facility and Big Shoulders cafes. It roasts sustainably sourced coffee fresh each week, ships it, offers subscriptions and supplies wholesale.
