Bindle Roastery + Bakehouse

Bindle Roastery + Bakehouse is in an industrial building behind the Cinemark in south Fort Collins. It's easy to miss, so use your map. Inside, it's a relaxed warehouse with antique furniture, plants, an upstairs loft and a sunny, dog-friendly patio. It can be chilly inside in fall.

The Caramel Bourbon Latte is the favorite, plus lavender drinks, espresso, chai and matcha. Everything is baked in-house. Ask them to warm the cinnamon roll. There are breakfast burritos too.
