Bison Union Coffee Company is combat-veteran and cowboy-owned, on N Main St in downtown Sheridan just off I-90. They roast daily. It's wood, leather and steel, with country music, couches, outlets and wifi. The owners love dogs. There's lots of Western merch, especially stickers.
The Vanilla draft cold brew is the signature. Regulars like the iced honey oat latte. There's iced vanilla, hazelnut and Americanos. Ranch Hand is the dark roast to take home.
