Bitty & Beau's Coffee is in Charlotte's South End. It's modern and comfortable, with indoor and outdoor tables that work for meetups or a work session. Orders are called with playing cards, which makes pickup easy for everyone, including deaf and hard-of-hearing customers. The staff are warm and quick, and sometimes they write notes on the cups.

The drip coffee is a South End favorite. The oat milk cold brew is smooth, and the matcha's a standout too. Street parking can be tricky, but there's free two-hour parking nearby.
