Blip Coffee Roasters

Blip Coffee Roasters is in Kansas City's historic West Bottoms and leans into motorcycle culture, with vintage bikes and gear on display. It has exposed brick, lots of light, communal tables and couches across several rooms, plus a patio. Dogs are welcome. There's no wifi.

They roast in the café, and you can watch. Try espresso, pour-overs, cold brew, chai or matcha. The syrups are house-made, and non-dairy milks cost nothing extra. They'll grind beans for you. There are cuppings, Sunday morning motorcycle meetups and poetry readings.
