BPM Craft Beverage

There is no coffee bar at BPM Craft Beverage. Walk in expecting a cafe and you will be looking at cans, creamers and flavor bottles stacked together, which is the point: this is a production operation in Mamaroneck that puts cold brew into cans and ships it out as a finished beverage.

The lineup leans on cold brew in a few forms. Straight black. Nitro. Flavored, with a salted caramel that gets specific mention. If you have only had cold brew poured from a cafe keg, the canned format is its own thing, brewed for a longer shelf life and a steadier ride, which means the texture and the bitterness can hit a little differently than what comes out of a tap.

The nitro is the case to make for the operation. Cracking a nitro can at home gives you the cascade and the soft head without the equipment cost or the keg maintenance. The salted caramel is the choice if you want the cold brew to do some of the work of dessert.

Who this fits: people who drink cold brew at their desk, in their car, in a cooler on a boat, anywhere a paper cup would be the wrong move. Who it does not fit: anyone hoping to walk in, sit down, order a cortado and watch the bar. There is no espresso machine, no pastry case, no seats. If a cafe visit is what you want, this is the wrong address. If a fridge stocked with cans is what you want, the operation is set up for that.
