Brevé Coffee

Brevé Coffee traces its roots to 1995, when Kevin left his engineering job to open the first espresso bar in St. Louis. He and his wife Holly gave out free lattes and mochas on street corners, and the business grew from one cafe to seven.

After years of running cafes, Kevin and Holly returned to roasting by hand in small batches, now based in Pevely, Missouri. They still lead the company. The 95 Blend and other coffees are sold online with subscriptions.
