Brickhouse Coffee Co.

Brickhouse Coffee Co. is a farmer-friendly, community-focused roaster in Indianapolis. It began in an old Victorian brick house that became a coffeehouse, guided by three principles: crafting, coffee and community.

It roasts coffees from Sumatra, Ethiopia, Brazil and elsewhere on a gas-fired roaster. Every bag is roasted to order in small batches, so beans aren't roasted until an order comes in. Light, medium, dark and limited coffees are sold online, and wholesale is offered.
