Bridge & Tunnel Coffee - Cafe & Roastery is in the Coman Student Activity Center at AB Tech in Asheville. Hours follow the school calendar. It's big and bright. They also run a vintage coffee truck at Asheville farmers markets.

The food is mostly plant-based. Get the tempeh sandwich. There are breakfast sandwiches, pancakes with real maple syrup and coconut bacon. Pair it with nitro cold brew. There's tea and smoothies too.
