Bright and Early Coffee

Bright and Early is a Houston family roaster selling flavored coffees at farmers markets, online and as K-cup pods, and they'll flavor your decaf on request. The 1918 Blend is the flagship and what to order first.

The rest of the flavor lineup leans Texas-themed and seasonal. Native Pecan is the most obviously regional offering. Texas Cinnamon comes through heavy on the cinnamon side, with one customer describing it as cinnamon-gum-heavy in profile, which you should read as either a feature or a warning depending on your tolerance for that flavor. Pumpkin Spice covers the fall rotation. Hazelnut is the standard pour. Jamaica Mr Crazy and Viennese Cinnamon round out the more unusual ends of the menu.
