About Brûlerie Aladdin Roastery
Brûlerie Aladdin Roastery is a Gatineau, Quebec roaster founded in 1989. As a child, its founder hand-roasted coffee for his mother's guests. He started by selling coffee to local restaurants from the family garage and later began roasting on site in a warehouse.
Today it sells light, medium and dark roasts, including organic and Fairtrade coffees, online with local delivery and Canada-wide shipping, and it offers wholesale.
