Bucer's Coffee House Pub

Bucer's Coffeehouse & Pub in Moscow, Idaho has roasted its own coffee for more than 20 years. Its roastmaster roasts 100% Arabica coffee in-house a few times a week on a Turkish-built Toper 10-kilo roaster. The craft started with the founding family and continues under current owners the Greenfields.

Its signature Bucer's Blend combines beans from Latin America, East Africa and Indonesia for a nutty, chocolatey, earthy cup. The kitchen bakes muffins, cinnamon rolls, scones and coffee cake from scratch, and there's live music Thursday through Saturday nights. Coffee is sold online.
