Cabin Coffee Co is at the Domes Drive exit off I-90 in Blue Earth. It has a cabin feel, a fireplace, lots of seating and a drive-thru. The lot fills up in summer. Dogs get free biscuits at the window.

They roast fresh, and breakfast, bakery and lunch are served all day. The white coffee with salted caramel is the signature. The Sundance breakfast burrito is a real breakfast, and there's Mississippi Mud, a mocha and a toffee drink. They have good options for food allergies.
