Cafe Belay Coffee Roasters

Cafe Belay is a coffee roastery, café and climbing gear shop in a Cañon City strip mall, run by Spencer. You sit on crash pads, and there are climbing books on the shelves. Kids love it, and dogs are welcome. Parking is tight on busy days.

They roast sustainably in-house and make all their syrups and kombucha on-site. Try the Mexican Mocha, Strawberry Lavender Latte or Mexican White Chocolate Mocha, or keep it simple with a cortado. The breakfast burrito comes in a vegan version, and there's a gluten-free vegan blueberry muffin.
