Café Castelo is a family-run roaster in Quebec City that has roasted coffee since 1996. It roasts every week, in the exact quantities needed, to keep its coffee fresh.

Its roasting uses infrared technology, which heats the beans evenly to develop their aromas while preserving the coffee's natural oils. Castelo sells whole-bean coffee and Nespresso-compatible capsules to home customers and businesses, and ships across Canada.
