Cafe De Arts Roasters

Cafe De Arts Roasters is in Waukesha, in a building with purple trim and a giant coffee mug out front. Inside there are tables, couches, rugs and African artifacts, with classical music. The owner, from Istanbul, roasts in a room in back and gives tours. There's a patio and parking on the side.

The caramel latte is a favorite, and they make Turkish coffee. Breakfast sandwiches are popular, and lunch is Mediterranean. The owner's wife bakes scones and kurabiye cookies. They ship.
