Cafe Origins

Cafe Origins in Birmingham roasts its own beans and makes its own syrups. The matcha latte is what people drive in for, even folks who don't usually order matcha. It's warm and clean, with indoor high-tops and a patio that fills up first on nice days. Weekends get busy, and parking is on the street.

The iced coffee is good too. For food, there's grilled shrimp salad, tomato basil soup, croissants, a Tutti Frutti smoothie and cookies.
