Caffe Cocina Coffee Roasting Co.

Caffe Cocina is a locally owned Kitsap County roaster with two cafés in Poulsbo. The original Finn Hill spot has a drive-thru, and the downtown café opened in April 2023. It has dark paint, warm wood, a coffee bar and a patio. It can get busy, and parking is tight.

They roast organic coffee on-site. The pumpkin spice latte uses a scratch-made sauce, and the Harvest Moon Latte is honey caramel pecan with cinnamon. The cold brew's a favorite. The food is made in-house with local farm ingredients, like breakfast burritos, sandwiches and bakery items.

They sell beans in the café, offer subscriptions and do wholesale.
