Caffe Positano, Village

Caffe Positano is a tiny café on Paseo Delicias in Rancho Santa Fe, with a small patio on a quiet street. It's friendly and local, and the owner roasts the beans. Saturdays bring a cars-and-coffee meetup. There may not be a restroom.

The honey lavender latte is the signature. There's a vanilla latte, drip and Italian sodas. Pastries include chocolate vanilla, egg and cream cheese croissants, cinnamon rolls and a giant red velvet white chocolate cookie. The tuna sandwich is a good lunch.
