CAJÉ Coffee Roasters

CAJÉ's downtown Santa Barbara café is at 811A State Street. Most of the seating is on the parklet out front, with only a little room inside. It's stylish, and some signature drinks come topped with gold flakes.

Rose matcha is the drink people mention most. Other favorites are an iced salted caramel with oat milk, an iced oat matcha latte and a salted pecan latte. The syrups are homemade. Blended drinks can take 10–20 minutes when it's busy.

It's a nice outdoor coffee stop on a walk down State Street. Street parking is tough, so use the nearby public garage, where the first 75 minutes are free.
