CAJÉ Coffee Roasters

CAJÉ's Ventura café is in a converted Victorian house downtown. The company started in Santa Barbara. There's a big veranda patio, small sofas inside, and tables on a few balconies, and it's walkable from the beach. Wifi and outlets are available.

The Maui Brad and the Burnout are the signature lattes, with a hojicha latte and a honey cinnamon latte close behind. They do latte art on the to-go cups too. Iced caramel lattes and iced matcha are safe picks. For food, try the lox bagel, the caprese, or the lil bowl blue açaí on a hot day. Bagels go fast on weekend mornings.

Weekends are busy, with long lines. Weekdays are calmer if you want to sit and work. Parking out back is tight, and locals use the free public lot behind Coalition.
