Calusa Coffee Roasters

Calusa Coffee Roasters is a family-owned small-batch roaster and coffee shop in a converted house, run by Luis and Maria. You can watch the roasting through an open window. There are armchairs, tables and wifi inside, and patios in front and back, with a garden out back. They supply local restaurants.

The espresso drinks, pour-overs and cold brew are smooth and never bitter, and they skip the flavored syrups. The chocolate almond croissant is popular. Beans are sold by the pound, and they ship single origins and house blends across the US and Canada.
