Camellia Coffee Roasters

Camellia Coffee Roasters is named after Sacramento's city flower. It was founded in 2016 by Ryan and Rob, both from service-industry backgrounds, as a small wholesale operation supplying friends' bars, bakeries and restaurants.

In 2018 Camellia opened a cafe in the WAL Public Market in Sacramento's R Street Corridor, where its breakfast sandwiches became popular. In fall 2022 it took over a former Starbucks and brought its roastery under the same roof. Coffee is sold online, and wholesale continues.
