About CANAL Roasters
CANAL is a Montreal neighbourhood roastery that grew out of the Lili & Oli cafe, whose team wanted more control over the quality and origin of the coffee they served.
Every coffee is roasted in Montreal in small quantities to bring out the character of its terroir, variety and processing. In 2025 CANAL launched a mobile coffee truck for events, festivals, markets and weddings. Beans and subscriptions are sold online.
