About Canyon Coffee
Canyon Coffee is a Los Angeles roaster founded in 2016 by Ally Walsh and Casey Wojtalewicz. It specializes in certified organic and Regenerative Organic Certified coffees.
Canyon started with neighborhood pop-ups and now roasts by hand at its own Los Angeles facility, where each bag is packed and folded by hand. It runs a shop in Echo Park and also lists a Brooklyn location. It sells coffee and objects online with subscriptions, and handles local wholesale deliveries itself.
