About Càphê Roasters
Càphê Roasters in Kensington is Philadelphia's first Vietnamese specialty coffee roaster. It's woman-owned, hosts local vendors and donates part of its proceeds to educational equity. It's bright, with couches, communal tables, counter and window seats and family photos. Parking can be hard at peak times.
The Vietnamese latte is the favorite. Try the Salted Brûlée Cà Phê, the Boricha Affogato Parfait or one of the matcha drinks. The bánh mì come on Ba Le baguettes, and The Works and the J Street Sando are popular. Specials like tamarind fries and rice bowls rotate. Beans, including the Vietnamese espresso blend, are sold in-store and online.
