Chloé Cà Phê + Roastery

Chloé Cà Phê + Roastery is a Sacramento coffee shop and roastery that sources only Vietnamese coffee. It traces its roots to Café Chiều Tím, a coffee shop the founders' family ran in Little Saigon after arriving in the U.S.

The roastery builds direct relationships with farmers and says it pays above fair trade prices. Its whole-bean offerings include Liberica, fine Robusta, and arabica varieties such as THA1 and Starmaya. Beans are sold online, with green coffee, wholesale, and white- and private-label options.
