Chromatic Coffee

Chromatic Coffee is a San Jose cafe and roastery specializing in micro-lots, processing methods, novel cultivars and producer direct trade from both emerging and traditional origins.

It roasts each batch to highlight the bean and works closely with producers through a direct-trade network. It pays premiums that support regenerative farming and innovative processing, and it focuses on the financial sustainability of its farmer partners. Coffee and subscriptions are sold online, and wholesale is available.
