Coffee Enlightenment is a Round Rock roaster with about twelve coffees and four brew methods. It's bright and white, with sofas, small tables and outdoor seats. The AC runs cold. Wifi is very fast. The owner is often there, and they teach brewing classes.

Get a tasting flight across siphon, Chemex and pour-over. The Spanish latte is the signature. Try dirty matcha or Vietnamese coffee. Get a chocolate croissant.
