Coffee Factory

Coffee Factory is in the Shaw's plaza next to Pinkerton Academy in Derry. Owner David roasts where you can watch, and Kevin, Gladys and Michelle know regulars' orders. It's spacious, quiet and clean, with comfy armchairs, a retro feel and local art. There's an open mic the last Friday of the month. Outlets are few.

They roast light and dark only. The mocha shaken espresso is the go-to drink, and the Greenhouse breakfast sandwich is the go-to food. There's a seasonal Grinch Heart mint chocolate shot, a gingerbread latte, raspberry white chocolate scones and chocolate croissants.
